if you're a manry man, then you need to work out. if you aren't a manry man, then you still need to work out. the weight room has, you guessed it, weights in it. all sorts of different machines to work different muscles in the body. don't overdue it though, if you work so hard you can't walk you'll get locked in the school overnight.
