balloon city center is in the center of city. it's a large mall with three floors of pure shops, restaurants, arcades and play areas. it's tons of fun and you could spend all day in the mall. it's said that a game of hide-and-seek in the mall would be legendary, but no one has yet to set up such a massive game of hide-and-seek.

here in the ear your heart out district you can, not literally, eat your heart out. you can, however, eat to your hearts content. just like, don't blame us when you get really fucking fat after all of this.

it's not really an avenue, more like it's all the other sorts of shops you won't find at the mall. you can find crafts shops and liquor stores and all that here, along with 'up in arms', a weapons store for all those weapon maniacs.

now this place, this place is the ACTUAL heart and soul of belmont if you're a resident or a student at hillshire. rave rave city is seriously not the place for you if you're one of those shy lil babies or are super innocent or whatever. if you go here, you go HARD, in more ways than one. i'd be careful though, it's also the shadiest part of belmont, who knows what could happen.

the apartments are just what they are. apartment blocks in downtown belmont. these are for the people who can't afford a house or don't want to have a house because why do you want stairs right just take the lazy way out and get an apartment.

it looks like a normal hospital, to which it is, to an extent. some of the patients are people who got fucked over by a magic spell. regardless, its dedicated staff will take care of you.
